What happens if my order arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging your pieces to ensure they arrive safely; however, we understand that damage can occur during shipping. If this happens, please leave the item as is and reseal the box. Simply reach out to us, and we’ll provide a prepaid return label. We’ll repair your piece at our shop and send it back to you as quickly as possible. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re here to help!
